We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and converting leads into sales. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, and social media.
Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt, accurate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Sales
Contact potential and existing customers to explain products and services.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Upsell and cross-sell products or services whenever appropriate.
Reporting & Coordination
Update CRM with customer interactions and sales activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and customer support metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
0–3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or sales.
Experience in BPO, e-commerce, or digital marketing companies will be an added advantage.
