🚨 We're Hiring: Client Relationship Manager – Travel & Hospitality (11 Openings)

Skymaps International is expanding its travel operations team and is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals to join as Client Relationship Managers. If you love travel, enjoy talking to people, and can multitask under pressure — this role is for you!

🔹 What You'll Do

• Manage hotel bookings, flight tickets, and end-to-end itinerary planning

• Coordinate with clients to understand preferences for holiday/tour packages

• Assist with visa applications and documentation guidance

• Handle client queries via calls, email, and in-person interactions

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and transactions

🔹 Operations Responsibilities

• Build and regularly update trip schedules and activity charts

• Follow up with hotels, cabs, and vendors to confirm bookings and timings

• Coordinate payment follow-ups with guests

• Negotiate B2B rates with hotels/vendors and manage the vendor database

• Reconcile vendor invoices, refunds, and payment records

• Keep guests updated on trip plans and activities

🔹 Who We're Looking For

• Any graduate; freshers and experienced candidates both encouraged to apply

• Age: 21–35 years

• Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations

• Good communication skills (English medium background preferred)

• Willingness to work flexible hours based on active trip schedules

🔹 Compensation & Details

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 in-hand (based on interview performance)

• Working days: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–7 PM

• 3-day paid training

• Salary credited by the 7th of every month

• Appraisal cycle: every 6 months
