We are looking for a CRM / Inbound Calling Executive to join our team and handle customer calls, provide excellent customer support, manage enquiries, and maintain customer records through CRM. The role involves handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints.

• Maintain and update customer and lead details in the CRM.

• Record call details, enquiry status, and follow-up requirements.

• Make follow-up calls to interested customers and leads.

• Coordinate with sales and field teams for further action.

• Track leads from enquiry to conversion.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team or manager.

• Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and CRM activity reports.

• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and customer-handling targets.
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Good Hindi communication; regional language is an advantage.

• Good listening, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidate should be comfortable working 6 days a week in the assigned shift.

• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups while maintaining accurate records.
