Job Title: Customer Relations Manager (CRM)
Job Location : Taloja, Navi Mumbai
Department: Customer Relations / Customer Service
Reports To: General Manager / Opera ons Manager / Director

Job Summary

The CRM is responsible for managing customer rela onships, ensuring high levels of customer sa sfac on, handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordina ng with internal departments, and maintaining excellent service standards. This role is office-based and focuses on building long-term customer rela onships while ensuring mely resolu on of customer concerns. Key Responsibili es  Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communica on channels.  Build and maintain strong, long-term rela onships with exis ng customers.  Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escala ons professionally and efficiently.  Coordinate with Sales, Produc on, Quality, Dispatch, and other departments to resolve customer issues.  Ensure mely communica on regarding order status, deliveries, quota ons, and service updates.  Maintain accurate customer records in the systems.  Monitor customer sa sfac on and collect customer feedback.  Track pending customer requests and ensure mely closure.  Conduct follow-up calls/emails to ensure customer sa sfac on.  Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payment follow-ups when required.  Maintain confiden ality of customer informa on. Required Qualifica ons  1-2 years of experience in Customer Rela ons, Customer Service, CRM  Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred. Required Skills  Excellent verbal and wri en communica on skills.  Strong customer service and rela onship management skills.  Professional telephone and email e que e.  Strong organiza onal and mul tasking skills.  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  Strong a en on to detail.  Team player with a posi ve and customer-focused a tude.
