Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer communication, enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, feedback, and lead generation.

The role involves outbound calling to potential tailors, boutiques, fashion designers, garment businesses, retailers, and other relevant prospects to introduce RIDH fabrics, understand their requirements, generate qualified leads, and coordinate with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

• Contact tailors, boutiques, designers, garment businesses, and retailers to introduce our fabric products.

• Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

• Generate new leads and maintain an updated customer/prospect database.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, purchases, and pending requirements.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales executives.

• Collect customer feedback and Voice of Customer (VOC).

• Conduct post-purchase follow-ups and maintain customer relationships.

• Record daily calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with the sales team to support conversion of qualified leads into customers.

Skills Required

• Good English communication and speaking skills.

• Confident and comfortable making phone calls.

• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability.

• Good listening and understanding skills.

• Basic computer, MS Excel, and data-entry knowledge.

• Good organization and time-management skills.

• Proactive approach to lead generation and customer engagement.

• Ability to learn about fabrics and explain product information clearly.

• Professional, responsible, and customer-focused approach.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a confident, energetic, polite, and customer-focused candidate who is comfortable communicating with new people.

The ideal candidate should be willing to make regular outbound calls, build relationships with potential customers, follow up consistently on leads, and coordinate effectively with the sales team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 per month take-home

• Working Hours: 10:15 AM – 7:30 PM
