Job Title: CRM Executive / CRM Manager (Real Estate Hub)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, lead data, and communication workflows within our Real Estate Hub. The role focuses on maintaining accurate customer records, improving lead conversion, and supporting sales and marketing teams through effective CRM utilization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate client, lead, and property data
Capture, track, and update leads from multiple sources (walk-ins, calls, portals, campaigns)
Assign leads to sales agents and monitor follow-ups and response timelines
Ensure timely follow-up with clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, or SMS
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports (leads, conversions, site visits, sales)
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel partners to ensure data consistency
Monitor customer journey from inquiry to booking and post-sales support
Identify gaps in lead management and suggest process improvements
Maintain data privacy and CRM system security
Support marketing campaigns by segmenting databases and tracking performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
1–3 years of experience in CRM, sales coordination, or real estate operations
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, or real estate CRMs)
Strong organizational and data management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced real estate environment
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in real estate, property consultancy, or brokerage firms
Knowledge of real estate sales cycles and customer handling
Basic understanding of digital marketing lead sources
