We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) - Real Estate to manage client relationships, handle post-sales documentation, and ensure an exceptional ownership experience. You will act as the primary bridge between the buyer and internal teams like sales, finance, legal, and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Post-Sales Operations: Manage end-to-end customer lifecycles including booking documentation, builder-buyer agreements, and payment tracking.

• Grievance Handling: Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and service escalations with empathy and speed.

• Financial Coordination: Track payment schedules, issue demand letters, and coordinate with finance for collections and receipts.

• Compliance & Handover: Oversee agreement registrations, statutory requirements, and manage smooth property possession and handover.

• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer databases and review CRM MIS reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in customer relationship management or post-sales operations within the real estate industry.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in real estate CRM/ERP software (such as Sell.Do, Farvision, Salesforce, or Hubspot) and advanced Excel.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with local real estate regulations, documentation processes, and RERA guidelines.
