We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team Avs Group.
Key Responsibilities
Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and interaction history.
Lead Nurturing & Follow-up: Track potential buyers, schedule site visits, and perform follow-up actions to convert leads
Post-Sales Support: Manage documentation like Buyer-Seller Agreements, payment receipts, and property possession letters.
Client Engagement: Develop communication strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, handle queries, and build loyalty.
Reporting & Analysis: Analyze client engagement data and report on sales activities/trends to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM softwares and MS Office Suite.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, agents, and sales teams.
Organizational Skills: High attention to detail to manage documentation and follow-ups accurately.
Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales, customer relationship management, or administration.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is typically preferred.
Typical Daily Activities
Conducting welcome calls or emails to new clients.
Updating lead statuses based on recent interactions.
Following up on outstanding payments or document signings.
Coordinating with sales agents to align on client engagement
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is graduate and 3-6 Years experience in real estate sector. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days week during the Day shift.
