Job Title: CRM (Customer Relationship Management) – Retail Store

Department: Operations
Location: Kalki Fashion Retail Store
Reporting To: Store Manager
Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (1 weekly off between Mon–Thu)

About the Role:

Kalki Fashion is looking for an experienced CRM Executive to manage and grow customer relationships in our retail store. You’ll ensure top-notch service, handle customer interactions (inbound & outbound), manage loyalty and engagement programs, and work with data to drive satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers via calls, messages, and in-store interactions.

• Manage and update customer data accurately.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Analyze customer trends to support marketing and sales strategies.

• Organize VIP experiences, events, and promotions.

• Work closely with the store team to deliver a seamless experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate with 2+ years’ experience in CRM or customer service (preferably in fashion/luxury retail).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using CRM tools and analyzing customer data.

• Passion for fashion, detail-oriented, and customer-first attitude.
