Job Title: CRM Executive (Real Estate) Experience Required: 3+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive with 3+ years of experience in the real estate sector. The candidate should have strong knowledge of customer relationship

management, legal documentation, banking processes, and registration formalities. The role requires coordination with clients, legal teams, and banks to ensure smooth documentation and transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  CRM & Client Coordination

·       Handle end-to-end customer relationship management from booking to registration.

·       Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for documentation, payments, and agreement processes.

·       Provide timely updates and resolve customer queries professionally.

·       Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the transaction lifecycle.

2.  Legal Documentation Understanding

·       Basic understanding of legal documents related to real estate.

·       Assist in preparation and review coordination of:

·       Agreement Draft

·       Sale Deed Draft

·       Coordinate with legal team for corrections and finalization of documents.

·       Ensure all required documents are collected and verified from clients.

3.  Banking & Funding Coordination

·       Coordinate with banks for home loan processing and approvals.

·       Understand ROI (Rate of Interest), funding plans, and disbursement process.

·       Guide clients regarding payment schedules, loan documentation, and bank requirements.

·       Follow up with bankers for timely disbursement and sanction letters.

4.  Registration & Compliance

·       Provide clients with details on registration cost, stamp duty, and other applicable charges.

·       Explain registration process and required formalities.

·       Coordinate with registration office and internal teams for smooth property registration.

·       Ensure all compliance and documentation are completed before registration.

5.  Documentation & Reporting

·       Prepare and maintain initial customer documentation files.

·       Maintain accurate CRM records and reports.

·       Coordinate internally with sales, accounts, and legal teams for updates.

Skills Required:

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and processes.

·       Basic legal understanding of agreements and sale deeds.

·       Knowledge of banking and home loan procedures.

·       Ability to handle clients professionally and resolve issues.

·       Good coordination and follow-up skills.

·       Preferred Industry: Real Estate / Property Development. Qualification : Degree
