• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their gifting and branding requirements to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Quotation & Catalogue Preparation: Prepare accurate quotations and catalogues based on client requirements and company offerings.
• CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track orders, maintain customer records, and support informed business decisions.
• Coordination: Collaborate effectively with vendors, branding partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of comprehensive solutions.
• Upselling: Identify opportunities to increase sales through existing clients by suggesting additional relevant products or services.

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research•.
