Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to international buyers, façade contractors, architects, and distributors

• Make daily international calls and email outreach to potential clients

• Generate export leads through email campaigns and market research

• Follow up with existing international clients and inquiries

• Coordinate with the production team regarding sample dispatch and order status

• Work closely with the International Client Relationship Manager for project discussions

• Maintain client data, inquiries, and lead progress in Excel or CRM sheets

• Assist with export documentation coordination when required

• Help introduce new product collections and stone finishes to overseas markets
