transformations. We're looking for a smart, client-focused female CRM to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Follow up on leads and schedule consultations/site visits.
Coordinate between clients, designers, and sales teams.
Maintain client data in CRM software.
Ensure timely updates and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
1–4 years of experience in CRM or customer service (interior design preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluent in English and local language.
