We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in our Mutual Fund division. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them with queries, onboarding, documentation, and investment support.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with clients and resolve mutual fund–related queries.
Assist with onboarding, documentation, and KYC.
Follow up with potential and existing clients for SIPs, redemptions, and portfolio updates.
Coordinate with the sales/advisory team to improve client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Recent graduate (B.Com, BBA, or any field preferred).
Excellent communication skills (verbal + written).
Interest in mutual funds, stock market, and personal finance.
Willingness to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
Basic MS Office skills.
