We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team at Brindavan Udyog (India). In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients regarding their orders, collecting payments, and gathering customer reviews. The position offers an In Hand salary of ₹15,000-₹20,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely communication regarding order status, updates, and delivery details.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any billing inquiries.
Request and gather customer reviews and feedback post-service to enhance satisfaction and improve our offerings.
Coordinate with internal sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate and seamless order fulfillment.
Document customer interactions, feedback, and payment records to provide actionable insights to the management team.
Job Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: 12th Standard (Pass).
1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, client communication, or payment collection.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage client accounts, ensure timely payment collection, and build relationships for customer retention.
Must reside within a 10 KM radius of our office for operational efficiency.
