Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships & queries via phone, email, & other channels
- Resolve customer complaints & issues efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle client communications & ensure their needs are met
- Monitor & report on customer satisfaction & feedback 📊
- Drive customer retention & growth initiatives
- Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management or similar role
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Fluent in handling customers, clients, & internal teams
- Ability to work independently & manage operations smoothly
- Experience with CRM software/tools (like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
