Customer Relations Manager – Restaurant (Juhu, Mumbai)

Location: Juhu, Mumbai

Job Type: Full‑time | Shift-based

Experience in customer service / restaurant guest relations

Role Overview

Responsible for ensuring excellent guest experience, handling customer interactions, resolving issues, managing feedback, and supporting smooth front‑of‑house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a warm, welcoming experience

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service recovery

• Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations

• Manage reservations, table allocation, and peak‑hour flow

• Collect and track customer feedback for improvement

• Support billing, POS operations, and daily reporting

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and service quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in customer service / guest relations (QSR/restaurant preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues calmly

• Basic POS/billing knowledge

• Pleasant personality, grooming, and customer‑first mindset

Salary

₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
