Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Provide product/service information clearly
Follow up with customers for feedback and updates
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Tamil
Basic computer knowledge
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 + Incentives 10,000
