Experience:
02–03 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or client relationship roles (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred).
Qualifications: Any Graduation.
CTC: Rs.03.00LPA To Rs.03.60LPA.
Position Overview:
The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams, and driving customer satisfaction in the highly specialized field of composite manufacturing. This role requires a blend of interpersonal skills, technical awareness of composite products, and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
1- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Coordinate client visits, product demonstrations, and after-sales support.
2- Sales & Order Coordination:
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.
• Track customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with production, logistics, and quality teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
3- Market & Product Knowledge:
• Develop a strong understanding of composite materials, industry applications, and customer needs.
• Share insights on customer feedback and market trends with the sales and product development teams.
• Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
4- Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on customer interactions, order status, and satisfaction metrics.
• Track KPIs related to customer service and relationship management.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical aptitude to understand composite products and applications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. • Problem-solving mind-set with attention to detail.
