Job Description – CRM Executive (Customer Relationship Management)

Company: Sudev Wood Tech – Modular Furniture & Crafts
Position: CRM Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in the Modular Furniture Industry
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: ARG North Avenue, VKI, Sikar Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, leads, and follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Production, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Maintain customer databases, lead records, and daily CRM reports.

• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, deliveries, and installation schedules.

• Provide regular project updates to customers and resolve their queries promptly.

• Track customer feedback, complaints, and service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the sales team to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the modular furniture or interior industry.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and interior projects.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM software.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and projects efficiently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely follow-up on customer inquiries and leads.

• Lead conversion and customer retention.

• Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.

• Accurate CRM data management and daily reporting.

• Effective coordination for on-time project delivery.
