We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur. If you’re detail-oriented, strong at building customer relationships, and have at least 2 years of experience, this role could be a perfect fit.

Prepare and manage proforma invoices and order booking forms
Maintain updated customer data across FMS, DDMS, and CRM systems
Handle documentation for POs, invoices, delivery, and payment tracking
Create debit notes and ensure compliance with internal policies
Resolve customer queries/complaints while ensuring smooth communication
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in CRM or customer service (manufacturing/industrial background preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-first approach
