We are hiring for Relationship Executive

Location: Littlemount/Thirumudivakkam
Exp: 1+years

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending invoices and payment due dates.

• Follow up with customers regularly to ensure timely payment collection.

• Maintain professional and courteous communication during all customer interactions.

• Record call details, payment commitments, and customer feedback in the CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales departments regarding payment status.

• Send payment reminders through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp (as per company policy).

• Resolve basic customer queries related to invoices and payment schedules.

• Prepare daily and weekly payment follow-up reports.

• Escalate overdue accounts to the concerned department when necessary.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Qualification

• Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.

• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, payment follow-up, or collections.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).

• Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to maintain customer records accurately.

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
