Job Description:
What You will do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
Maintain and update customer data accurately in the CRM system or database.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams for seamless customer experience.
Track and analyse customer interactions to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and documentation.
Assist in organizing customer engagement activities, surveys, and events.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all customer interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience as a CRM Executive, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
