Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support. The candidate will assist customers by understanding their concerns and providing the appropriate resolution in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
