Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to manage customer interactions, ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, and deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer engagement for registrations and bookings

• Communicate updates, project developments, and activities to customers

• Follow up for document completion and payment schedules

• Coordinate with customers, sales team, and legal team

• Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• Resolve customer queries effectively

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of CRM processes

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in customer lifecycle / coordination roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Female candidates preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Comfortable working from office
