JOB DESCRIPTION – CRM EXECUTIVE
Position: CRM Executive
Department: Customer Relationship Management
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Address customer queries, concerns, and service-related issues.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Prepare and update MIS reports and customer-related data.
Coordinate with internal departments for the resolution of pending queries.
Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure proper closure of customer requests.
Maintain professional communication and a high standard of customer service.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or senior authority when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer handling and relationship management skills.
Strong problem-solving and query-resolution abilities.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to maintain accurate data and prepare reports.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, calls, and customer queries efficiently.
Professional telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
Good time-management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Basic knowledge of CRM software or customer data management will be an added advantage.
