We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and provide excellent support. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product details, fabrics, designs, pricing, and collections confidently.
Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and repeat business.
Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.
Required Skills
Excellent spoken Hindi (mandatory).
Basic English communication is an added advantage.
Strong product understanding or the ability to learn quickly.
Confident and clear communication with customers.
Positive, active, and energetic personality.
Good convincing and relationship-building skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Graduation is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
Prior experience in customer service, CRM, telesales, or the garment industry is an added advantage.
