Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Provide information about products, offers, and services.

• Coordinate with store staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow up with customers regarding orders and services.

• Maintain customer records and update data as required.

• Support sales activities and promote customer loyalty programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or customer relationship management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing/software systems preferred).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English preferred.
