Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships after order placement and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Provide excellent after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

• Collect genuine client feedback to understand their experience and identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate with clients from order confirmation until payment collection.

• Address client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

• Provide clients with the necessary information and support regarding company products and services.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client-related issues and escalate concerns to the relevant departments when required.

• Proactively resolve client issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Focus on client retention, satisfaction, and long-term business relationships.
