Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions throughout the sales and after-sales journey. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, follow-ups, appointments, feedback, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Follow up with leads and customers regarding vehicle enquiries, test drives, bookings, deliveries, and service requirements.
Schedule and coordinate test drives, vehicle deliveries, service appointments, and customer visits.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in CRM/DMS systems.
Make regular follow-up calls to existing and prospective customers.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with Sales and Service teams to resolve issues.
Ensure timely communication regarding vehicle status, delivery schedules, service reminders, and offers.
Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives.
Coordinate with sales consultants, service advisors, finance/insurance teams, and management.
Prepare daily/weekly reports related to enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication at all times.
