Job Profile

The Customer Relations Officer will provide administrative, documentation, and coordination support to the Marketing Team, with primary responsibility for handling the organization’s Leave & License portfolio.

The role involves managing correspondence with clients and vendors, maintaining records and documentation, coordinating matters relating to licensed premises, assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping activities, and preparing reports and statements as required.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, basic accounting knowledge, and excellent command of written and spoken English. The candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of independently following up on assigned matters.

• Coordinate inspections, handovers, repairs, renewals, documentation, and other matters relating to Leave & License premises.

• Maintain systematic physical and digital records relating to Leave & License properties.

• Keep track of agreements, renewals, expiry dates, deposits, payments, correspondence, and other important documentation.

• Maintain and regularly update databases, files, and relevant MIS records

• Provide documentation and administrative support to the Marketing Team.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for completion of assigned tasks.

• Prepare periodic reports, summaries, presentations, and status updates for management.

• Ensure proper follow-up and timely completion of documentation and administrative requirements.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements and reconciliations relating to the Leave & License portfolio.

• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple parties, maintain proper follow-up, and ensure that pending matters are brought to timely closure.

• The candidate should be organized, responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Experience in handling property-related documentation, Leave & License agreements, client correspondence, payment follow-ups, and coordination with vendors or service providers would be an advantage.
