CRM Department Relationship Manager / Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Kohinoor Luxuria, Kalyan East, MaharashtraJob Type: Full-Time | Work Mode: In-PersonSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused CRM Executive/Manager to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, improving customer engagement, and ensuring a smooth journey from inquiry to possession. Prior experience in the real estate industry and familiarity with CRM tools are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the CRM system (e.g., 4QT,Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

• Maintain accurate client records and track customer interactions.

• Ensure prompt follow-ups with leads, prospects, and existing clients.

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Post-Sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Schedule and manage site visits; maintain visit logs and client feedback.

• Regularly update customers on project status, documentation, and payment schedules.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and grievances professionally; escalate issues when required.

• Generate MIS reports, sales dashboards, and customer feedback summaries.

• Assist in post-sales activities such as agreements, documentation, registrations, and possession handover.

• Promote customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CRM or Relationship Management role (preferably in real estate).

• Proficient in CRM software and sales pipeline tracking.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate client handling.

• Knowledge of RERA compliance and real estate documentation procedures.

• Familiarity with real estate sales processes and local regulations.
