We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. This role involves handling customer calls, providing excellent customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to the organic dairy / D2C industry. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM
Provide timely and relevant information regarding products, orders, and deliveries
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in customer support / telecalling (FMCG/D2C preferred)
Strong communication skills in English, Gujarati & Hindi
Candidates should be open to working 6 days a week during a day shift
