Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The role involves maintaining regular communication with customers, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience that encourages repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients for post-sales communication.
Customer Feedback & Support
Collect regular feedback from clients regarding product quality, service, and overall experience.
Address client concerns or issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.
Order Follow-ups & Repeat Business
Conduct follow-ups with clients for repeat orders and maintain engagement with key accounts.
Track client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely execution of orders.
Internal Coordination
Communicate customer concerns or product-related issues to relevant departments such as Production, Quality, Logistics, or Sales.
Work closely with internal teams to identify solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Issue Resolution
Monitor and resolve client complaints, product issues, or delivery concerns efficiently.
Ensure clients are updated on the progress of their queries or requests.
CRM Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of client communication, feedback, and order history in CRM systems or internal databases.
Prepare periodic reports on client interactions, feedback trends, and follow-up status.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
