JOB DESCRIPTION

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding services and updates.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and support teams for smooth customer service.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM software.
Track customer feedback and prepare reports.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Support client onboarding and documentation processes.
Prepare MIS reports and daily status updates.
Assist in retention and customer engagement activities.
