Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to engage with potential customers interested in selling their cars through CARS24. The role involves lead conversion, customer support, follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in selling their cars
Engage with leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities
Provide accurate information about the car-selling process and CARS24 services
Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly
Conduct regular follow-up calls to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth process execution
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and performance targets
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales preferred
Customer-centric mindset with good problem-solving skills
Basic CRM / computer knowledge
Ability to handle high call volumes
Good time management and reliability
