Customer Relationship Executive 

Location – NIBM, Pune 

 
ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Officer (CRM) who can serve as the voice and heart of Aretto’s customer experience. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails, ensuring every query is handled with care, accuracy, and empathy. 

The ideal candidate brings a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to think critically while resolving issues. You’ll play a key role in building trust, improving satisfaction, and strengthening Aretto’s customer community 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, emails, chat, and social media. 

• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and effective solutions. 

• Manage orders, exchanges, refunds, and ensure timely resolution. 

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow company communication policies. 

• Meet sales and service targets while creating positive customer experiences. 

• Generate leads and build long-term customer relationships. 

• Go the extra mile to enhance customer satisfaction and build customer love. 

KEY SKILLS & BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

• Excellent verbal communication skills.  

• Ability to handle phone inquiries and provide effective solutions. 

• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. 

• Good record-keeping and documentation skills.  

• Familiarity with CRM software and phone communication systems. 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on interview performance, skills, education, and experience. 

At Aretto, your base salary is just one part of your total rewards. You may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and long-term bonuses.
