Welcome customers and visitors professionally at the showroom.
Handle incoming calls, customer queries, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain customer data and update CRM records regularly.
Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer handling.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, feedback, service reminders, and satisfaction calls.
Manage walk-in customer entries and daily reception activities.
Ensure showroom reception area is clean, presentable, and customer-friendly.
Support promotional events, campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required.
Prepare daily reports related to customer visits, calls, and feedback.
