Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a confident, courteous and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, collect feedback, resolve concerns and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.

• Build positive relationships and ensure a satisfying customer experience.

• Call customers to collect feedback about products and services.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services or offers.

• Address customer queries, complaints and service-related concerns promptly.

• Coordinate with the operations and management teams for quick resolution of issues.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback and follow-ups.

• Update customer information in the CRM system or company database.

• Inform customers about new services, promotional offers and loyalty programmes.

• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.

• Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer feedback, complaints and follow-ups.

• Assist in improving service quality based on customer suggestions and feedback.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Proactive

• Polite, patient and solution-oriented approach.

• Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and CRM software.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Candidates with a diploma or relevant customer-service experience may also apply.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, front-office operations, sales support or relationship management.

• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may apply.
