Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions

✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships

✅ Follow up with customers regarding services and feedback

Key Requirements

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship / Customer Service

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to handle customers politely and effectively

✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
