We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, resolve queries, and drive satisfaction in our operations team. This role focuses on building long-term relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty through proactive follow-ups.
Coordinate appointments, track feedback, and collaborate with operations teams to convert leads.
Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare reports, and escalate issues as needed.
Assist in onboarding new clients and contribute to service improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field (freshers with strong communication skills welcome).
1-2 years of experience in customer service
Excellent English communication Hindi and any south languages.
