We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Customer Relationship Executive – Life Insurance & Investment. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, explaining life insurance and investment products, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable product information to help achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers through outbound and inbound calls.
Explain life insurance policies, investment plans, and related financial products.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
