Role Summary
The role focuses primarily on customer payment collections and follow-ups (70%) along with after-sales CRM communication (30%). The candidate will ensure timely payment collection, maintain strong customer communication, and support smooth post-sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Collections (Primary Responsibility – 40%)
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and installment collections
• Send payment reminders through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Maintain collection reports and payment tracking records
• Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for payment confirmations
• Resolve basic customer queries related to payment schedules
CRM & After Sales (Secondary Responsibility – 60%)
• Send receipts, welcome letters, and confirmation emails
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
• Share birthday wishes, festive greetings, and engagement mails
• Assist in basic email creatives using Canva
Skills Required
• Graduate with 2–4 years experience in collections, CRM, or customer coordination
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Comfortable with email drafting, calling customers, and payment reminders
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Canva
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Additional Details
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Workplace: Onsite Role, 6 days working (Monday to Saturday)
• Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Salary: Up to ₹40,000
