Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the workshop.
Handle customer inquiries, service bookings, and follow-ups efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with premium and high-value clients.
Coordinate with the Operations Head and service team for smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Ensure excellent customer experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery.
Keep customers updated regarding service status, timelines, and costs.
Manage CRM systems and customer data records accurately.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
· Support in upselling services and AMC packages where applicable.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of customer queries.
Ensure adherence to brand standards, grooming, and communication etiquette.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Graduate, post graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a professional and polished appearance.
· Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability.
· Basic understanding of automobile service processes.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
