BinSha Furniture is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who will manage the complete customer journey from inquiry to delivery. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and coordinate effectively with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, website, social media, and walk-in customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.

• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and share quotations.

• Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

• Coordinate with Production, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

• Keep customers updated on order, production, and delivery status.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Ensure timely payment follow-up and maintain customer records.

• Confirm successful delivery and provide after-sales support.

• Collect customer feedback and encourage Google Reviews.

• Maintain daily reports of inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.

Preferred Experience
