Role:
Manage customer interactions across calls, emails, chats, and social media. Handle queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and complaints while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams
• Maintain CRM records and basic reports
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements:
• Graduate with 0–3 years of customer support/e-commerce experience
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus Key Skills:
