Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related coordination.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Quality, and Accounts teams.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and pending issues.
Maintain customer records, enquiries, orders, and follow-up details.
Prepare daily/weekly CRM and sales-related MIS reports.
Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer issues.
Follow up with customers for feedback and maintain good customer relationships.
Support the Sales team with quotations, order processing, and documentation.
