Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for order execution.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Resolve customer queries and ensure timely support.
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and MIS.
Maintain customer communication through calls and emails.
Track pending orders and ensure timely closure.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
