Job Title: CRM Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and extroverted female candidate to join our team as a CRM Executive at Acme Creation Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a polite, professional voice to handle customer queries and support tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer support and explain product services by call / message.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
The candidate should be able to handle 20–25 calls per day

Candidates with minimum of 2 to3 year work experience in sales

Basic computer knowledge is mandatory

Fluent in Hindi and English
