*Job Description – Service RM Executive (Matrimony)*

*Position:* Service Relationship Manager (RM) Executive

*Company:* Wedgate Matrimony

*Location:* Rajouri Garden, Delhi

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

* Handling and managing assigned matrimony client profiles.

* Understanding client requirements for suitable match search.

* Searching and sharing relevant profiles with clients on a regular basis.

* Coordinating with prospects and arranging profile interactions.

* Maintaining regular follow-ups with clients for feedback and updates.

* Ensuring high client satisfaction and providing proper service support.

* Updating service reports, interaction sheets, and CRM data regularly.

* Maintaining professional communication with clients via call, WhatsApp, and email.

*Office Timing:* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

*Weekly Off:* Wednesday
